All contractors must complete ACL’s full onboarding and compliance checks before any engagement (including identity verification, right-to-work checks, tax status confirmation, and bank account validation).
Engagement models include PAYE Umbrella, PEO (Professional Employment Organisation), and CIS (Construction Industry Scheme), subject to eligibility and compliance.
Agencies and clients are responsible for providing accurate assignment details and settling invoices in accordance with agreed terms.
6. Contractor and Agency Responsibilities
Contractors must provide true, complete, and accurate information throughout the registration and onboarding process.
Contractors are responsible for submitting accurate timesheets on time.
Agencies must ensure that assignment information, charge rates, and working arrangements provided to ACL are correct and lawful.
Agencies and suppliers must not encourage or promote non-compliant models, including offshore schemes, loan arrangements, or disguised remuneration.
